Formulation (Oral Solid Dosage)

Our state-of-the-art formulation development and manufacturing facility was commissioned in 2016 and is based in Valthera, Gujarat. It spans across 94,826 m² and have capacity to make 802 million units of Tablets, Capsules and Suspension. Manufacturing capabilities include solid oral dosage, oral liquids, oral suspensions, and complex process of solid dispersion using organic solvents. It has state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment built with a high degree of automation, and there is provision for future expansion for specialty formulations. The core focus is finished formulations in highly niche segments like Immunology and Oncology.

The manufacturing facility is designed as per global regulatory standards and fully compliant with cGMPs. It has been inspected by numerous global regulatory agencies, including the US Food & Drug Administration (US FDA), and supplies quality pharmaceutical products to over 70 countries.
